Keystone Compliance is a Specialist Health & Safety Consultancy and has been created from our belief that all businesses can achieve more than just generic system compliance which only ticks boxes without really understanding or satisfying the greater needs of the business and it’s workforce.
Our Story
My name is Clare Mournian, and I am the Managing Director of Keystone Compliance. In 2007 I learnt first hand about how even the most simple of health and safety downfalls can have a huge impact, following a family-members near fatal workplace accident. I decided to learn more about health & safety at work to better understand how accidents happen and how they can be prevented. Completing the NEBOSH General Certificate was my first step. I fell in love with the subject and became committed to helping businesses and individuals learn and apply good health & safety management in their workplace.
Over 15 years later, that journey has seen me complete the NEBOSH National Diploma in 2010 and work my way up from a Junior Consultant and Trainer to an Operations Director of a health & safety consultancy company, to now setting up Keystone Compliance Ltd.
Keystone Compliance has been created from the belief that all businesses can achieve more than just generic system compliance which only ticks boxes without really understanding or satisfying the greater needs of the business and it’s workforce.
Working as a consultant over the years within a range of industry sectors has helped me to identify that many businesses, especially SMEs, strive to be more efficient and excel at the core systems which help drive their business forward, such as HSG65, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, but often lack the time or resources.
I am a chartered health & safety practitioner, registered with IOSH, as well as an approved NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH National Diploma examiner and an IOSH tutor. All associates used by Keystone Compliance Ltd are experts within their field who have extensive knowledge and experience, to ensure you and your business gets the very best service and support.
